Rafeeq — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Rafeeq account and what data is removed. You can delete your account at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open the Rafeeq app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom.
Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently and immediately deleted.

Option 2 — By email (if you cannot open the app)

Send an email from your account’s email address to support@rafeeqenglish.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile — display name and learning goal — and your account credentials.
Your learning progress, completed lessons, review history, and placement results.
Your written texts, your AI conversation history and its summaries, and your support conversations.

Voice recordings are never stored by us in the first place: a recording is sent straight to the provider that processes it and is not written to our database or file storage. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

About your subscription: deleting your account does not cancel an active paid subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play → Subscriptions or in the App Store to stop future charges.
